Can I transfer my credit to the new box?

Hello dear supporter. I had 30 credits and unfortunately I lost my box. Now I want to buy a new box. I have the serial number and activation date of my previous box. I also have my username and password and activation date of my credit. Can I transfer my credit to the new box?

Hello. You can deattach account only manually using old card.
