i need to reset my user name password it's says link to another card

i buy z3x credits for a resseler and then i use after few days i install new windows now i face a problem user name password linked with another card

i sell that old pc already that i installed new windows please help

What is your card SN? I can`t reset password but relink to your card if it was firsts on the account
