help me i want to patch cert on samsung j5 prime g570f but still show me this error

help me sm g570f u4 when i patch cert show read data phone information error
Reading data from phone... error (0 5.2)
Reboot phone and try again.
Check ADB drivers, USB cable. Don't use USB Hubs
If this repeated then reflash phone and make factory reset.
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.44.11 [SM-G570F,Patch CERT Aug 2019]
