Pandora Card Activation Fail

Question

I tried  times ... Shell Said error "this is not a Z3x card" then i got the msg "3 unsuccessful attemps per day"
What can i do ? if i waited 24h and got the same error again ?

Hello. Disconnect all other cards from pc and repeat after 24 hours.

Need help sir .. after 24h yes i succussfully updated the card firmware but the box i  bought has no activation and i contacted my reseller he is making me waiting and telling me to be patient for 3 days now ! is this some kind of scam on me ?

i just got it and paid 300$ for Pandora box in egypt .. can you help me ? i didn't use the box ever!
