GT-E1200 want to repair imei

Hi I have GT-E1200 want to repair imei of this model but whenever I connect the cable to the phones computer saying somethig like, usb diagnostic error even phone jack is already new my cables also new I washed both but couldn't help

Hello. E1200 required UART cable for connection.
