If you have old box Easy Jtag - activated 2014-03-22, to activate Easy-Jtag Plus, you need to purchase an updated programmer box.  Then the activation will be added by the reseller to your card automatically. 

 In the older version of the equipment, the activation does not make sense because it is not possible to use the functions provided by the new version of hardware and software.  

You will have to order the 

- Z3X Easy-Jtag Plus Lite Upgrade Set 

or the 

- Z3X Easy-Jtag Plus Full Upgrade Set
