Pendora attempt problem

SoME DAYS AGO Pandora Box 1 Year Digital license (Whiout box) ACTIVE
but today not open   show  this message  no more attempt to bind new pc  but 1st pc not working  please fixed this error im using only 2 pcs pls check or add my attempt
