New Pandora box dead card

Question

Hello, I bought myself a new Pandora box. Obviously, the first thing you need to do is activate the card. I already have a easy jtag. Accordingly, I already have all the drivers installed. When connecting the box to the shell, the card is not visible. I click on the smart card recovery button. The Smart Card appears in the list of available devices, but "Unable to read system info from card on "Pandora Pandora(CCID) 0!". What should I do? In Device Manager, the smart card appears as a separate device. Accordingly, it's not a matter of drivers. Thank you in advance.

plug reader without card - press hardware wizard - press repair - insert card to reader - continue repair

Make sure you are using the latest version of block blast software. Sometimes older versions may not support the latest hardware updates.
