Hello to the z3x support team. Last year, I bought a Pandora box during my trip to China. Now, I want to activate the box for the first time, but it gives me a message that says 'your box serial is not registered on the server'. I haven't been able to contact the box seller. I'm sending the box serial number, please solve my problem. Thank you
