Can't open link, Code: -51, Reason: BOX: Socket not detected

Question

I am trying to connect to an eMMC Samsung KLUBG4G1ZF UFS chip 153 BGA. I have tried multiple versions of software and all the same errors. I just received this kit from a designated Supplier so all should be original equipment. Can you please tell me how to fix this error?
