Where to send this box for warranty
Maybe there is a software related problem. Which you guys can correct through team viewer. Please help me
If you have access to another Z3X smart card, insert it into the Escape Road 2 box and check if it is detected.
Launch Z3X Shell and make sure it’s up-to-date. Check if there are any firmware Worldle updates available for your EasyJTAG Box or the card, as an update might resolve detection issues.
Actually this case is probably related to the card Scratch Games installation error. You can remove it and check it again. Sometimes you install it incorrectly, which affects the information reception process.
