We were with Andrew your IT, he guide us troughout the frp unlocking process until the end, long story short , he conclude that the problem its on server side , and tell us to reach you out to get a refund.

Yes, but we bought credit from you to unlock our phone , this and others samsung phones doesn't pass, since it doesn't , we dont need it anymore.

We dont sale any credits. this is resellers work. And before buy credits you should check is your phone firmware supported for unlock or no. This method supports firmwares till may 22.
