Fingerprint changed

Question

I just bought Pandora Digital and when i installed in my computer it asked to update so i did. after that a message with fingerprint changed appear.

I havent even used the tool on any computer.

Hello. Install latest version of software (7.14) and press login. If you still unable to login - provide video with full process of login (set language in software to english before recording).
