Samsung SGH-U800 physical extraction

I'm trying to perform a physical NAND extraction from an old Samsung SGH-U800 phone to recover deleted data. The current version of Samsung Tool PRO v21.9 allows backing up only QCN data, which, as I understand, is limited to the CPU chip's data file. I didn't find anything useful there. When I downgraded to an earlier version (v17.9), another option appeared: Dump -> Full NVM and NVM. Unfortunately, this is also not a physical image of the NAND. The content of that file looks like a regular text file. Is there any other way to obtain a physical extraction?

Hello. Full dump option not avaible in this software. As i remember this phone dont have classic 9008 port, so full dump possible via jtag only.

Does anyone have the ISP pinout for this device? Or perhaps for this NAND?

Its not emmc, isp dont work with nand.

Unfortunately, this memory chip has 236 pads and is not a standard BGA. Adapters are not an option, and I couldn't find a pinout for this chip, so for me, it's a dead end.
