i have been using pandora online for 1 year without problem

my first login =PND_pLHVPW60 (email: k*****19**@gamil.com)

on 23-jan-2025, i bought new license from MARTVIEW (sale order =SAL-E13U5M)

i got new login PND_Z7LD9VYB (email: ca********19**@gmail.com)

then i login successfully, i didn't change password, using the default one given by seller

after a few days, it cannot login

saying: you can bind new pc no sooner than 29/01/2025  (my old login expired date), then i wait and  login again on 01-feb-2025, it was OK

but today (02-feb-2025) it pop up :

no more attempts to bind new PC until 23-apr-25 ??

what wrong ?? only 1 week from date of purchase

then i change the password, it still same, can't BIND

i didn't share my login to anyone else

i didn't login with new PC

PLEASE HELP

When i try change again 2nd time, it say too many password change attempt, try again later.

do i need to change password again?

Your login used with different pc and different countries. Next time buy from official resellers to avoid problems like this. Wait till " 23-apr-25"

I bought it from martview.com

I didn't know if the seller server ERROR or

any possibilities that one of his bad staff who can access the seller's company computer system re-sell the same login to a third person ??

what precautions steps do you take to protect your customer from been cheated ??

I am not told to change password once the user is first login, only registering the email and i have done so.

You should know well the source where my user login PND_Z7LD9VYB came from ...

Surely it was from one of your official reseller, then it goes to Martview.com , and then it goes to me.

Furthermore, for my first license, i didn't bought it from your official reseller but it work well for me the whole year

You should investigate and find out what is the problem rather than blaming me for purchasing from non official reseller.

i am very disappointed with you.

(I have been using pandora for a year and i didn't know the rule of 3 or 4 FP attempt until today

which  i have been using it on my single PC for the whole year and i never share, rent to anybody..

& CHECK IS THERE ANY FP ATTEMPT HISTORY ?

i know you have rule, but my account is stolen, your team must have some policy to protect your customer.

i am asking for 1 more attempt where now i have changed my password.

the other party that have my login shall not be able to login again.
