card not found

Question

i was using my z3x box and it was working fine when all of the sudden it got discconected   since then i cannot use it anymore

i tried
1. Try clean SMARTCARD pins. Try use other reader for SMARTCARD. Try reinstall drivers. Try use other PC.
2. Disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try use function repair dead card:
- If function not allowed, remove smart card before goto window with repair dead card function
- then after choice repair, immediately put card back and do repair.

 

with no luck can you please help me

so the box was the problem i switched the sim card and now im using the nck box
