Hi Z3X support,

My Z3x Smartccard got damaged, it was not detected by the System, I was told to purchase the empty card from Gsmserver and request the swap of the card in the system, I have sent 2 Emails with all the required infrmation but haven't gotten any response.

Could you please check this for me. Thanks for all the hard work.

Hello.

Please add more details, to prove that the activations belongs to you:

- Reason for transfer
- Old and new card serial numbers in text format.
- screenshots with card info of both and smart-card activations which must be moved (if old card dead provide only new card screenshot)
- Smart cards photos from both sides
- date of successful work done of smart-card using credits (sever connect)
if you don't have a credit account, date of last action downloading (firmware, program updates)
- Photos of Z3X box/dongle, Easy JTAG box, pandora box
- your IP address

Reason for transfer: Damaged Smart Card

 Old Card S/N: FFF95591

The old card has the  Z3x Samsung Pro Activation Bought at Gsmserver  on 2015 Oder #1450056511

New card  S/N:AA124AC8  ( I purchased it at Gsmserver,com Order # 1451352177  with the Orange Dongle thinking it could be the Box Damage

Z3x credit username: Login: zsc_Re6sWjpI Password: ULKxxxxxx

last succesful FW download was around November 2024

Are you sure in new card sn? We cant find it in database. Provide read info screenshot from shell.

Card SN - AA124AC8
Card Type - New Top Card
Card version - 1.5
Reseller: card not added
Card activated - never

This card not added to server. Contact reseller first to resolve this, after adding to server we can move activation.

  

Could you please check now Gsmserver support just confirmed they fix it and just added the Card to the server
