Isp connection problem

Sir when ever i connect ground i lose all the connections from isp pin out

Whats the problem

If i check direct emmc everything is ok emmc reading ok

But if i connect through isp in emmc manegar ( efm ) tool without ground all line show's green ok if i connect ground all gets red if i try to read isp it shows cmd error with ground connected or without ground connection same thing & if i even disconnect clk data0 still it shows clk data0 is connected in emmc manegar ( efm ) tool

Can any one help me

Hello. EFM its not z3x product, contact efm team for resolve your issue.

I just used it to see connection of isp there is an option of seeing emmc connection in emmc file manager

Even in easy jtag plus & plus 2 its not connecting shows cmd error

Check soldering and power.

Yes checked voltage & checked connection manually & even with easy jtag plus 2 it shows isp is connected or not other then efm

Whats with device? Are you sure that  memory alive?

Phone is in hang on logo mayb bad health problem not dead but this is not the 1st phone im having same problem with 3 other phone cant connect by isp samsung a03 model i made a post that time to

1 phone ok i understand but almost every phone can there be any problem with my isp adapter

Try power from usb and check soldering carefully. If still same - you need to try another adapter/box to understand where problem.
