If the smartcard driver is fixed now, please check a few things after that.
1. Disable virus protection software, check your firewall settings, gateway settings, etc. As your address is not banned, it is possible that something on your computer is blocking the connection.
2. If it is possible, try to use another computer and (or) another internet provider.
3. Can you download files from Samsung Tool? Can you download this file?
