i have to use shell and download through browser and keep refreshing page to get to download i just got lattest samsung pro and i also notice in device manager my smartcard is unknown i tried reinstalling but not working.

Can you provide your public IP again?

Have you tried to download via VPN or Proxy? It would be great if you could try a few VPN/proxy services.
This may be an ISP (internet service provider) side problem, not the z3x server.  Wait until your provider update / restart the server, or you can inform your ISP about it.
Try to use another computer and another provider.

May need to check your firewall settings, gateway settings, etc.

If smartcard still not detected:

1. Try clean SMARTCARD pins. Try using another reader for SMARTCARD. Try reinstall drivers. Try to use another PC.
2. Disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try to use function repair dead card.

Try these steps:

  1. Disconnect card
  2. Run shell, Hardware wizard, Repair Dead Card should be available (because no card connected)
  3. Connect card and then click Next (with Repair option selected)
  4. Update card firmware and activate all products and close Wizard
  5. Launch Samsung Tool
Hi thanks for your reply, i reinstall smartcard driver it fixed unknown smartcard but still saying not logged in still cannot download files my windows recently installed can i request remote assistance for this problem? i tried everything i can.

If the smartcard driver is fixed now, please check a few things after that.

1. Disable virus protection software, check your firewall settings, gateway settings, etc. As your address is not banned, it is possible that something on your computer is blocking the connection.

2. If it is possible, try to use another computer and (or) another internet provider.

3. Can you download files from Samsung Tool? Can you download this file?
