Every time i try to backup this comes how to fix it

The error means the software can’t create or write the output file in that folder. Try running Z3X EasyJtag as Administrator and check that the Documents path exists and isn’t write-protected. You can also change the backup path to a different folder (for example, C:\Backup\) and make sure there’s enough free space. That usually fixes the issue. run3
