Z3x Card Damage replacement

Hi Z3X support
My Z3x Smartccard got damaged, it was not detected by the System.  I want to transfer activations from an inactive card to a Pandora card. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a blank card in Ukraine to transfer activations to.

dead card: 00000A45

Pandora card: AAC2489A

Hello. Dear user. We need some additional info: 

 

- date of successful work done of smart-card using credits (sever connect)
if you don't have a credit account, date of last action downloading (firmware, program updates)
- your IP address

Have you contacted Z3X via the official support page or a reseller? I was wondering if Z3X supports transferring activation from a dead card to a Pandora card, since this is not a genuine Z3X card — have you received any official confirmation from them?
