card broken of z3x

Hello team!

I have sent repeated emails asking to change the license to a new card that I bought from gsmserver, but they never responded to me.

i need solution please!

My card is broken.
When I plug it into the z3x or a card reader, it no longer accepts the card.
I have a new, blank replacement card.
I've been emailing sales@z3x for a long time, and no one has answered.
I need a solution.
I just sent an email there, and also from the z3x main page.

Please add more details, to prove that the activations belongs to you:

 

- Reason for transfer

- Old and new card serial numbers in text format.

- screenshots with card info of both and smart-card activations which must be moved (if old card dead provide only new card screenshot)

- Smart cards photos from both sides

- date of successful work done of smart-card using credits (sever connect)

if you don't have a credit account, date of last action downloading (firmware, program updates)

- Photos of Z3X box/dongle, Easy JTAG box, pandora box

- your IP address
