Smart Card is Dead

Question

Hello, my SIM card died, it says sim card dead, I tried everything, I updated it, and put in another box and dongle, but the SIM card doesn't work, please help me.

I haven't used my easy jtag for a long time, years
09/20/2019 the last time I used it I have one log that is in a text document and I didn't use it after that because the SIM card burned out and stopped working and I just put it aside and didn't use it now I need it and want to restore it, if there was an old serial number then I would give it to you

We cannot move activation from card if we dont know card sn. Also,  the activations and accounts are transferred only for customers with an unworkable Z3X smart card and a box/dongle that was last launched no later than 6 months ago.

Should I throw away the easy jtag? and buy a new one? Why did I buy this one then? Why can't you give me activation? I won't buy a new one.
