My Z3x sams online tool keep saying "You can assign new computer  after 12 Dec, 2025" what seems to be the problem?

I think someone has access to my login account and I have proof of payment

That message usually means your account is already linked to a different PC. You’ll probably need to open a support ticket to reset the binding.
