​I am writing to report a fraudulent purchase of Samsung Tool Pro associated with my account. I purchased the tool on
July 22, 2025, and have been using it on my designated computer exclusively.
​Recently, I received a message stating that my PC had been changed, despite no such change occurring on my end and no email verification being requested. I suspect that my username and password may have been compromised by the person from whom I purchased the tool.
​I have all the necessary documentation to verify my purchase. Please provide me with the steps to restore my license on my computer.

Hello. Resolve this issue with your reseller and buy next time from official sellers to avoid problems like this.

We cannot do here anything. Product bought from 3rd party seller. We can help only if product bought from official reseller and you have invoice from it.

There is nothing to resolve here, your account was use at first 2025-07-19, so once again, contact your unofficial seller and ask him for money back because he sold you second hand account or sold it for few users and next time buy only from OFFICIAL RESELLERS: https://z3x-team.com/where-to-buy/ to avoid problems like this.

Thank you for the clarification. I understand your policy regarding unofficial sellers. However, since my account was used without my knowledge before I even logged in, this clearly indicates that the credentials were compromised before the Cowboy Safari product reached me. In cases like this, is there any verification process available for genuine buyers—even if purchased through a reseller—to help prove ownership and secure the account? I have full documentation of the payment and original purchase details and am willing to provide all proof required. I would appreciate guidance on the safest way to proceed.
