Hi there! If your email is already linked to an existing Pandora Tool account, you’ll need to remove or deactivate that old account first. Try logging into your old Pandora Tool account and look for an option under Account Settings → Email or Profile → Delete/Change Email.
If you no longer have access to that account, the best option is to contact Pandora Tool’s support team directly — provide them with your email address and request that it be released so you can use it for your new account. They should be able to verify your ownership and help you update or transfer it quickly.
