Easy JTAG no me funciona

Question

Hello, a few days ago I purchased the Easy Jtag eSIM version, which doesn't have activation. The shell module tells me to activate it and gives me a code that only my reseller or distributor can activate. I messaged the store where I bought it, but they haven't responded. I also messaged GSMSHARK, but I haven't received a response either. I've already installed all the modules, and only the classic one opens. The Plus and Plus 2 modules give me errors, and none of them open, or if they do, they don't work properly, giving me socket errors. I would like some help; I don't know what to do. I'm turning to you here because I've been looking for a solution for days. Today, a window popped up saying "activation" and asking me to enter my email address, which I did.
