Couldn`t flash any file Oppo/OnePlus/Realme Snapdragon

Greetings.When I`m trying to flash any Oppo Qualcomm it`s always stucks on 2-8mb.
Treid to update Driver ,but it doesn`t help.Can someone tell me whats going wrong?For example phone could be propperly readed?but im cant flash any file back
