Hello. Its not update, you reinstalled windows. New windows - new hwid.

It happened after upgrading from 23H2 to 24H2, and I didn’t know that changing Windows would change the HWID. I thought the HWID only changes when the device itself changes or when internal hardware components are replaced. I also tried Windows 11. I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I really need to use the tool — the suspension period is too long. Please, I’m asking for your help.

I’m a big fan of your tools, and I own both the Easy JTAG Plus and the Z3X Samsung Tool Pro.

Any help broken heart

Hey, I feel your frustration! Dealing with software glitches after a Windows upgrade is the worst. It reminds me of playing Doodle Baseball – you time your swing perfectly, but sometimes the ball still goes foul. You just gotta keep adjusting your strategy, and eventually, you'll hit a home run. Hope you get the "Fingerprint changed" issue sorted out soon! Maybe try the Pandora Tool support forums if you haven't already? Good luck!
