I am writing to ask for your urgent support regarding my Pandora Tool account.

Recently, I had to format my computer due to a technical problem. Unfortunately, during this process I lost my saved password and I did not back it up. Because of this, I no longer have access to my Pandora Tool account.

At the moment, I am completely unable to reach the seller or receive any assistance through other channels. I have no way to contact the seller directly, and I am stuck without access to my account. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience, as Pandora Tool is essential for my work.

I kindly request your help to recover my account or reset my password. I am ready to provide any verification or additional information required to prove that the account belongs to me.
