Hello Z3X Team,

I am writing to ask for your assistance regarding a validation and login issue with my Z3X account.

My account has been working normally on my desktop computer.
Recently, I needed to use the tool on my laptop (DESKTOP-FI0OU9H). After logging in, I was informed that I had to wait 12 hours. Once the waiting period expired, I was unable to log in.

I then tried to use my second laptop (DESKTOP-6M06QRN). This time, I was required to wait 24 hours. After the 24 hours passed, I still could not log in, and the waiting time was automatically extended to 48 hours.

At the moment, I want to continue using the tool on my original desktop computer, but I am currently waiting for the 48-hour period to expire. I am concerned that even after this time passes, I may still be unable to log in.

Could you please advise what is causing this issue and help me restore normal access to my account as soon as possible?
