Dear Z3X Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am facing an issue with my Z3X Box and SamTool. I would like to explain the problem in detail:

I registered on the Z3X portal using my email and password. After registration, I received the verification email and successfully verified my email address. Then I logged in to the Z3X portal using my Z3X username and password, and my subscription shows as successful/active in the portal.

However, when I try to log in to SamTool using the same Z3X username and password, I receive the error message “Subscription not found.”

I have double-checked my login credentials, and they are correct. Despite this, SamTool does not recognize my active subscription.

 

Kindly help me resolve this issue and let me know if any additional activation or linking is required for SamTool.
