Samsung tool hangs and then goes to (Not Responding) and I have to close with task manager, regardless of what device when trying to set ADB device in backup menu. I have reinstalled and still the issue persists, What to do? OS is Win10 with all appropriate drivers installed. Its only when I try to set the adb device that the menu will drop down once, showing nothing and if you click it again, it freezes and hangs there until it shows (not responding) and I have to force close with task manager. Makes it impossible to perform any critical backup operations! Logs do not record last actions I think because the program crashes.
