error reading pit file

hi, i have buy the z3x box, i have install driver and samsung pro tool but i can't use it.

if i want flash a phone i give the error message

"reading pit file error"

i try more phone and pc with windows 7 or 10.

i have try new cable... but nothing!

can anyone help me? thanks!

Hello, please add logs and specify what firmware version you try to flash.

The Samsung PIT file (Partition Information Table) contains a map that includes all the system’s parts and different internal phone memory allocations.

To solve this problem you can try:

• connect the phone directly to PC with a USB cable
• (re)install Samsung USB drivers
• change USB cable

Basically I have "fix" the problem putting the USB cable directly in the pc and no in the box..
