by choosing the adb port the program is stuck and does not let the cell phone work,either to Unlock or repair imei

al elejir el puerto adb se queda pegado el programa y no deja trabajar el celular ,ya sea para realizar activacion o reparar imei

I uploaded a video of the error, it is not my pc since all colleagues tell me that they have the same error no matter what model you choose the same thing happens. I attached a video that I uploaded to YouTube for review. When connecting any cell phone it happens that the program has been locked to choose the adb port.

subi un video del error,no es mi pc ya que todos los colegas me comentan que tienen el mismo error no importa el modelo que se elija sucede lo mismo. adjunto un video que subi a youtube para su revision. al conectar cualquier celular sucede que se trabado el programa para elejir el puerto adb.
