i have updated my pc and lost login details for z3x. is there any way to recover it? user name linked up with my z3x,

card s/n: 0003018E

bought it on 21/01/2020

still got the 50 credits on it.

last phone i tried to unlock it was S9 and it was unsuccessful due to android version 10.
