My card died GSM server sold me new card Tool says not activated on this card??

Question

I purchased a Samsung & LG Z3x tool several years ago from Cell-corner.  Recently my Samsung card became unreadable and Samsung Pro Too said that there was no card.  I tried to revive it in Shell, but Shell indicated that it could not see the card.  I purchased a Samsung Tool replacement card thru GSM server and received it today.  Under card info, it says

Card SN / Card Type New Top Card / Card Version 2.2 / Reseller GSMServerbox_cards / Card Activated 2020-04-09

When I initialize the program with the new card serial number AAE940B3  it says PRODUCT NOT ACTIVATED ON THIS CARD

I have now waited several weeks to get the replacement card and now it needs to be activated?

Hello, 

after you receive Z3X Replacement Smart-Card,  please add additional information for activation transfer.

1. serial numbers of both old and new smart-card
2. activations which must be moved
3. date of successful work done of damaged smart-card using credits (sever connect)
4. or, if you don't have a credit account, date of last action downloading (firmware, program updates)
5. and as well add a picture of Z3X box/dongle and damaged smart-card.

If you need to move your credit account with this activation too, provide information that will prove it belongs to you:

1. login name
2. approximate date of buying
3. refill date and count
4. few phone models that were unlocked with the login
5. your IP etc.
