i can use the codes it say wrong code every time i try to use it 
also i try with freeze code
i want a refound

Hello, the problem can be that the phone is non-updated or after firmware downgrade. Please try to upgrade the phone to the last firmware and do the master reset, the phone will accept the codes.

If the codes did not work, there are several items that must be completed to file for a refund.  Please make a video where you are entering codes, then send it to us with a detailed issue description, attach
 - log files
 - card serial number
 - credits username
