Could not connect to the server

I DO NOT WHY I CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER... I AM NOT USSING ANY CRACKED SOFTWARE AND I AM DISCONECTED OF THE SERVER. PLEASE HELP ME

Hello, now unbanned. The problem is dynamic IP.

  This IP address was banned due to a cracked version. Someone in your part of the network was using it.
 
  To prevent similar problems in the future, ask your ISP for a static IP address.
