password change z3x account

hello, is that I lost my first z3x because it was stolen, and then I bought another one and I try to place the previous account and it won't let me, could they change my account password?

Hello, have you filed a theft report with your salesman?  If not, you must do so first.

If your reseller confirms it is missing, we can unbind the account.

The seller does not answer my messages to present the theft report, therefore I would like the account to be unlinked.
