Basically we only transfer accounts together with activations, from a non-working card to a new one (replacement card). There are two ways to resolve the situation. If you have not transferred the activations it will be possible to unlink the account from the old card if you have checks from both cards (and you bought them from our official sellers).
1. You can contact the seller and mark the card as defective (lost). Then the seller must contact us and confirm that the card is indeed yours.
2. Or easier way is to contact us a month after the last card connected to the server so that we can really track that this card is not working.
Please add serial numbers of your old and new cards and the account login.
Also, provide more information about your credits login:
- approximately date of buying
- refill count and date
- phone models that were unlocked with the login
- your IP, etc.
