Hello I was going to unlock a device but when it ask for insert the user it says could not connect to server, I do not use cracks or nothing like that, The account is already linked to my card and still have credits, but I still can not do nothign because it says the user or pasword i wrong.
I already checked the typing and I'm writing correctly with capital letters and all, but still the same problem.
