Si tiene algún problema - SMARTCARD no detectado/Programa dañado mientras se ejecuta el software.
1. Pruebe con pasadores SMARTCARD limpios. Intente utilizar otro lector para SMARTCARD. Intente reinstalar los controladores. Intente utilizar otro PC.
2. Desconecte todas las demás cajas, mochilas y trate de usar la tarjeta inactiva de reparación de funciones.
Pruebe estos pasos:
- Desconectar la tarjeta
- Ejecutar shell, Asistente de hardware, Reparar tarjeta muerta debería estar disponible (porque no hay tarjeta conectada)
- Conecte la tarjeta y haga clic en Siguiente (con la opción Reparar seleccionada)
- Actualice el firmware de la tarjeta, active todos los productos y cierre el asistente.
- Iniciar la Samsung Tool

1. Try clean SMARTCARD pins. Try using another reader for SMARTCARD. Try reinstall drivers. Try to use another PC.
2. Disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try to use function repair dead card.
Try these steps:
- Disconnect card
- Run shell, Hardware wizard, Repair Dead Card should be available (because no card connected)
- Connect card and then click Next (with Repair option selected)
- Update card firmware and activate all products and close Wizard
- Launch Samsung Tool
