Need help cant update easy jtag plus shell says no network connection

dear z3x team i just purchased ang just recieved my easy jtag plus box
when i run easy jtag tool it ask to run hardware wizard from shaell to update my box but the problem is shell says no network connection even i have internet connection

Install windscribe vpn and try with vpn. Works?
