Or used successfully before but the problem has arisen now?

1. Open Samsung or LG Tool
2. Go to Settings
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate field
4. Click on the 'Link with card' button

 

Make sure that you are typing the user name and password correctly -  Caps Lock is turned off, uppercase or lowercase letters and extra spaces.

Btr_ch1 is not your z3x credit login. 

It always start with zsc_ ********  and should look like this, for example

LOGIN: zsc_YDmyn201

PASSWORD: sFAwfqAt
