Need your advice --- samsung note9 sm-n960u ---IMEI REPAIR

hello @Bahrajj, i tried to contact the other guy but i hate when people say they are going to help you and then nothing! that's not very professional at all! so im not sure what happened there.

i tried to downgrade the phone to a sm-n950u and i couldn't. it wouldnt let me do so. i used the samsung tool program and odin and nothing happens. it get error.

when you say 'combination file' what do you mean? i see in the download secion some 'combination' files but im not sure which one is it.

i recieved this box, and bunch of cables and NO INSTRUCSTIONS WHATSOVER! the Z3X team assumes we all know what the heck is going on, also their videos on youtube are THE oldest i've ever seen. they have a new verizon and the ones on the videos are TOO OLD!

so... i am lost and ready to send this useless box (to me so far) back to them!

i need your advice. im willing to pay you if it's needed. thanks

It`s professional box, not for beginners. We are strongly NOT recommend to use your box if you have not experience in GSM for at least 3 years

It`s only for understanding how to use our software. We made new versions faster than videos and Samsung closes bugs also very fast. Also we can`t remove old video because someone can receive old phone with old firmware

many people here are not professional and the reason why they're good it's because they had someone else to help them how to, that's the reality. we are cellphone professional repair techs, and we also do mess around with GSM/CDMA etc. it's not new to us. we have flashed tons of other phones before using ODIN. so it's not new for us either. we have unlocked tons of devices before, so it's not new either.

your box supposed to be better since it's a paid service and yet.. .no instructions. instread of you coming here and back fire at me you should direct me in the proper direction but all i read is here is the same... nothing

As I wrote before: we don't recommend to buy our box to "many people", only for professionals because they know more than base knowledge. If you want lightweight tool you can use ODIN. We don't sell "help service " but "help tool". Sorry,  maybe in the future we will sell "service helpers", not now. Also all required instructions you can read when selecting the model. For more information you should read xda-developers. No one know what happened with your phone before. For example writing wrong EFS can cause unexpected errors than we not predicted in our software.
