Pero las activaciones y cuentas se transfieren sólo para los clientes con una tarjeta inteligente Z3X inviable y una caja o mochila que fue lanzada por última vez no más tarde de 6 meses. El usuario debe tener tanto una tarjeta vieja como una nueva para transferir. Las cajas prohibidas o perdidas no están incluidas en esta lista.
Es muy bueno que haya reportado el robo al revendedor, ahora esta tarjeta no puede ser usada por aquellos que la robaron.
