run flash on samsung note9 SM-N960U --- error

i am trying to flash this phone using the flash tool. i have the correct files and this is what i get... '

Sending abl.elf.lz4... error timeout

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.37.0

Something wrong with your connection between  your PC and Phone. Also phone Flash memory can be dead
