my z3x driver says this device cannot start code 10 how can i get it to be installed?

the drivers say that device descriptor request failed. how can i get my box to start?

Hello. All drivers for z3x box and card avaible in shell folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Z3X - check this pass.

 

You have problem with box or smart card driver?
